Spaciz works regularly with clients and general contractors on custom homes and commercial spaces throughout Western Canada. In addition, this team is often selected to work with local developers and marketing teams to help produce successful single family and townhome communities.
The company has received several Gold CARE Awards from the Canadian Residential Builders' Association, and has been involved in many being presented Project of the Year. As founder and principal designer of Spaciz Design Company Inc., Tracey Lamoureux brings more than 25 years of design expertise to every project. Known for her exceptional interior space planning skills, Tracey is also well versed in the entire construction process - an expert in millwork and cabinetry, and a pro at shepherding projects from conception to realization.
Whether she designs your entire home from top to bottom, breathes new life into your old kitchen, or creates a striking retail space for your business, the result is always a precise union of style and function. Her warm collaborative approach, unpredictable design style, and highly-praised problem solving skills keep her in demand among residential and commercial clients alike.
Tracey graduated from the highly accredited Interior Design program from Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta. When she's not creating spaces she is off exploring exotic destinations and savouring life on the west coast.
Principal designer and partner Carley Petillion has been putting her design passion and eye for style to work for Spaciz since 2009. Carley parlays her keen listening skills into an ability to craft distinctive design features tailored to your lifestyle or workplace. She excels at pulling together unique combinations of colours, textures, and finishes, and transforming neglected spaces into extraordinary ones.
A master of the nitty gritty, Carley won't rest until every inch of your space is functional, and every detail is examined to ensure a smooth implementation and successful outcome. While always honing her skills and staying apace of design trends, Carley never forgets her no-nonsense roots. She is devoted to making sure you get the most out of your design dollars.
Carley graduated from Vancouver Island University in 2005 with a Diploma in Interior Design. Victoria born and bred, Carley has a wicked sense of humour and a passion for fitness and country music.
Victoria’s keen artistry and technical know-how come together to produce compelling designs backed by precise specifications, drawings, elevations and everything your contractor needs to take projects from the page to the job site.
With a solid background in millwork design and execution, Victoria understands how all the plumbing, electrical and practical aspects of a project fit together. Fast and efficient, she’s a pro at digital drafting and renderings. Innovative kitchen and bathroom design, colour and finish selection and lighting plans round out her skill set.
An excellent communicator, Victoria has also honed a talent for troubleshooting and problem solving. Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, she has called Victoria home since 2012.
Our resident stylist, sourcing expert and organizational genius, Michele finds the ideal furniture and accessories to complete your home and realize your design vision. A master of textual layering, Michele excels at bringing together diverse pieces to create a cohesive home.
Like to shop local? Michele’s encyclopedic knowledge of every supplier in town means she can quickly come up options to meet your needs. A meticulous researcher, she has trusted sources for custom and online orders for your hard-to-find items.
It doesn’t end there – with military-like precision, she’ll coordinate timing and logistics for all deliveries, and set up everything for you in person. A born listener and collaborator, Michele is adored by our clients.

Javiera Lara Faure
Interior Designer and Building Technologist
Javiera brings more than 20 years of design and architectural drawing experience to the Spaciz table. A multi-talented multi-tasker, Javiera likes to roll up her sleeves and tackle every job hands-on. From site visits and measurements to bylaw and building code research, Javiera does it all. The end results are stunning architectural designs backed up by meticulous technical drawings and specs.
A true people-person, Javiera loves to get to know our clients and bring their vision from imagination to reality. A talented designer with a passion for colour, cabinetry and lighting, her collaborative approach and problem-solving skills keep projects running smoothly.
Born in Santiago, Chile, and raised in North Vancouver, Javiera lived most recently on Salt Spring Island. When not working, you’ll find her in her wetsuit swimming the island’s lakes.
Bryer Rose Clark
An artistic designer with strong technical skills, Bryer has a passion for creative commercial and residential projects. With a keen eye for colour and texture, and a design style influenced by global travels, she adds flair to every design project she touches.
Bryer is also our administrative ninja. She honed her mad organizational skills while managing a touring band and juggling multiple gigs in the hospitality industry during a 2-year stint in New Orleans. At Spaciz she works with contractors and suppliers to handle specs, billing and samples and manages all the day-to-day details that keep our busy design firm running smoothly.
Bryer has a degree in Interior Design from Vancouver Island University. When not at work, she can be found riding her bike around town and hanging out in Cook Street Village.
