EXPERIENCE Head Designer Tracey Lamoureux has been working in the interior design field since 1990 when she graduated from the Interior Design Program at Mount Royal College in Calgary, Alberta. Shortly after graduation, Tracey was drawn to Canada’s West Coast for its international design influence and beautiful surroundings. She settled in Victoria, B.C. and later founded Creative Spaciz. The Creative Spaciz team has since developed expertise in both residential and commercial design, offering decorating, design and drafting services to a diverse range of clients. Creative Spaciz works regularly with general contractors on custom homes throughout Western Canada. In addition, Tracey and her team work with local developers and marketing teams to help produce successful single family and townhome communities. For these projects, Creative Spaciz creates exterior color schemes, interior schemes, presentation color boards, showhomes, logos, and marketing materials. Creative Spaciz has been recognized for its excellent work. The company has received several Silver and Gold CARE Awards from the Canadian Home Builders’ Association, and won Project of the Year in 2002. Many Creative Spaciz projects have been showcased and profiled in Better Homes and Gardens, Boulevard Magazine and Home Building Ideas publications. The company also participates regularly in charity home tours and community fundraising events. Creative Spaciz is associated with many of Victoria's brightest and most talented professionals in the industry, helping it to become one of the most successful design firms in the city. |
